Passo Roofing (passoroofing.com) is a referral website operated to connect homeowners and property managers with independent roofing contractors. This page explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- Form requests: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you selected and any description you type. Email and street address only if you choose to add them.
- Phone calls: the phone numbers on this site are call-tracking numbers. When you call, we record the time of the call, your caller ID and the page the number was shown on. Where a call is recorded, you hear a notice at the start of the call, as California law requires. Do not continue the call if you do not consent.
- Site usage: standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type) and server logs. We do not run advertising trackers or sell usage data.
How we use it
To forward your request to one roofing contractor assigned to your city so they can call you back, to measure how many calls and requests each page produces, and to prevent spam and abuse (for example by limiting repeated submissions from one address).
Who receives it
Your request is sent to the contractor assigned to the city you selected, and stored in our lead-management system so we can see that it was delivered. We do not sell your information, and we do not send one request to multiple companies. Service providers that run our hosting, call tracking and lead-management system process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Lead records and call logs are kept for as long as needed to report calls and requests to the assigned contractor and to resolve any dispute about them, then deleted or anonymized. Call recordings, where made, are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your choices
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA and CPRA; we extend them to everyone.
- We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- To make a request, use the contact form and write "privacy request" in the description, or call the main line and say the same.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for analytics and to protect the forms from abuse. It does not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the forms and phone numbers still work.
Children
This site is for adults arranging roofing work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page for 30 days.
