What this site is
Passo Roofing is a referral service. It connects people who need roofing work with independent roofing contractors who are licensed in California. Passo Roofing is not a roofing contractor, does not perform roofing work, does not employ the contractors and is not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.
Estimates and contractors
- Any inspection, estimate, quote, warranty or work is provided by the contractor, on the contractor's own terms. Read their contract before you sign it.
- We check that a contractor holds an active CSLB license and carries insurance when they join. You should still verify the license yourself at the CSLB website before work begins. License status can change.
- A free estimate means the inspection and the quote are free. It does not oblige you to hire anyone, and it does not oblige the contractor to take the job.
- Response times, availability and pricing described on this site are general. The contractor confirms the actual timing and price.
Information on this site
Articles and guides on this site are general information about roofing, not advice about your specific roof. Conditions vary from house to house. Rely on the inspection of a licensed contractor, not on a web page, before making decisions about repair, replacement, insurance claims or safety.
Your use of the site
Use the forms and phone numbers only to request roofing services for a property you own, manage or are authorized to act for. Do not submit false information, test submissions in bulk, scrape the site or interfere with its operation. We may block abusive traffic.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passo Roofing is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing or conduct of any contractor, for any loss arising from roofing work, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update them; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
